The Relocation Office provides assistance in pre-move planning, workshops and seminars, one-on-one relocation assistance counseling, destination specific information such as Welcome Aboard Packages, printouts, Auto maps, and Housing availability.
Congratulations on your selection for assignment to the staff of Navy Region Southwest Transient Personnel Unit (TPU)! Our mission is to support operational units and the Navy personnel of the Pacific Fleet. We ensure that personnel who are currently enroute to a new duty station, awaiting orders, pending separation or in a disciplinary or legal-hold status are processed efficiently and effectively. Your tour on board will be a challenging, interesting, and rewarding experience in your Navy Career.
All military installations issue Department of Defense decals that are honored on all other stations. To get a decal for naval installations in the area, you'll need to go to the Pass and Decal Office at your particular base.
For either a decal or a temporary pass, you will need to show your automobile registration, driver's license, military identification card and proof of insurance. Liability insurance is mandatory in California, and you must be insured for a minimum of $15,000 bodily injury (per person), $30,000 bodily injury (per accident), and $10,000 property damage (per accident)
